Registering for the 2007 Application Continuity Conference

Q. How can I register for AppCon 2007?

A. Please click here for further information on how to register.

Q. How will I be notified that my registration is confirmed?

A. If you register online, an email confirming that your application has been completed and received will be sent to the address you've provided. Once your registration is approved, you will receive your confirmation email, which includes information on how to make hotel arrangements.

Q. Can I register at the conference?

A. Yes, onsite registration is available. Note that there is an incentive to pre-register for the conference in order to receive discounts.

Q. When do I receive my admittance badge?

A. Badges will be distributed on-site, in the Registration area. You must obtain your badge to be admitted into the conference/receptions. Speakers must pick up their badges in the Speaker Ready Room. Press must pick up their badges in the Press Registration area.

Q. How does the press register?

Promotion and Sponsorship Opportunities

Q. What types of sponsorships or exhibit opportunities are available at AppCon 2007?

A. Sponsorship/Exhibitor opportunities range from $7,500 for the Silver Participating Partner package, to Premiere Sponsorship at $25,000 which provide the highest level visibility, generous entitlements, and a hotel meeting suite for executive meetings/hospitality. To plan your sponsorship, please contact registration@applicationcontinuity.org.

Q. Have there been AppCon Conferences in the past?

A. No, this is a new conference.

Q. What is the expected attendance for AppCon 2007?

A. 200-250 attendees.

Q. Is AppCon 2007 a regional or national event?

A. National. Attendees will come from across the U.S.

Q. What is the attending audience focus?

A. Mid-market and some enterprise.

Q: What is the non-solicitation policy at AppCon 2007?

A. Application Continuity is intended to enable our sponsors and exhibitors the exclusive right to promote their products and services to the attendees of this event. All other attendees are prohibited from engaging in the marketing of their products and services in all designated areas of the conference and anywhere else in the host hotel. Furthermore, attendees representing competitive products and services to those offered by Application Continuity are similarly restricted. Violators of these restrictions will be expelled from Application Continuity Conference and the host hotel without reimbursement.

Q. As a sponsor, will I get a list of conference attendees?

A. Yes. Sponsors will receive the attendee list after the conference.

Q. Can I get a list of press planning to attend AppCon 2007?

A. The press list is available to current sponsors and exhibitors. Please contact appconinfo@applicatoncontinuity.org.

Q. I am interested in presenting at AppCon 2007. How do I submit a proposal?
